To reduce the burden of paying tuition fees, Kyoto Seika University has introduced a tuition fee payment system that divides fees into four installments per year.

Admission Procedures

Admission procedures refer to the payment of fees at the time of enrollment. Initial fees include the admission fee, first quarter/term tuition fees (equivalent to one-quarter of annual tuition fees), and other related fees.
The deadline for the completion of admission procedures will differ depending on the type of application for which the student has been accepted. If payment is not made by the relevant deadline, the student will not be able to enroll.

*If a student withdraws their application after completing the admission procedures, they will receive a refund for first quarter/term tuition fees and any other related fees.
