On Friday, October 28, Kyoto Seika University (KSU) and the Centre Européen d'Etudes Japonaises d'Alsace (CEEJA), a French academic and cultural organization established in 2001, signed a comprehensive agreement on academic exchanges and collaborations.

At the request of CEEJA, KSU that runs the Kyoto International Manga Museum will provide support and expertise to help CEEJA establish the European Manga and Anime Museum, scheduled to open in 2025.
