I joined Ericsson in 1997 with a PhD in data modeling. I have been d´the druver of Ericsson’s annual 10 Hot Consumer Trends report. In recent years my focus has been on XR and smart glasses.

Roughly 60% of the world’s GDP is generated by household spending. Looking at consumer internet needs and expectations thus becomes a powerful way of understanding the future trends, including future media use and data use concerns.
