2020年3月20日（金）に開催を予定しておりました2019年度「卒業?修了式」につきましては、188体育肺炎の感染拡大の状況に鑑み、全体の式典を中止し、2019年度卒業?修了生と教職員のみで各コース、ゼミ単位等に分かれた学位授与式を開催することといたしました。
2020年3月20日（金）の学位授与式の会場、時間等のスケジュール詳細につきましては追って告知いたしますので、2019年度卒業?修了生は引き続き大学Webサイトを確認してください。
大変残念ではありますが、保護者、関係者（在学生含む）の皆さまにおかれましては、参列いただけませんので、大学への入構はご遠慮ください。
学生、教職員をはじめ保護者、関係者の皆さまの健康に配慮し、感染拡大の防止が何よりも重要であると考え、このような判断に至りましたので、ご理解、ご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。
关于“2019年度学部，院生，博士生毕业典礼”的重要通知
原定于2020年3月20号(星期五)的“2019年度学部，院生，博士生毕业典礼”为了防止新型冠状病毒肺炎的感染扩大，全体的典礼中止了。只有2019年度毕业的学部生,院生,博士生和相关教师在各自的学部,学院分开举行学位授予典礼。
关于授予学位典礼的地点,时间会再行通知，请2019年度的毕业生继续关注大学的网站主页。
虽然很遗憾，但是监护人和相关亲朋（包括其他年级的学生）不能参加学位授予典礼，禁止入校。
为了大家的健康，也为了防止扩大感染，学校的以上决定还请大家多多谅解合作。

Cancellation of AY 2019 Graduation Ceremony (Important Notice)
Kyoto Seika University and its Graduate Schools’ graduation ceremony for the academic year of 2019, which was scheduled to be held on Friday, March 20, 2020, has been canceled due to the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia. Awarding of diplomas by relevant faculty members will be held only for graduates from each course and seminar, within their respective departments.
Details of the location and time of the awarding of diplomas on March 20, 2020 (Friday), will be announced later. Graduates of the academic year of 2019 are requested to continue to check the university website.
We deeply regret that parents and associated persons (including current non-graduating students) are not permitted to attend, and are therefore requested to please refrain from entering the university campus.
